With over 13 years
experience of delivering a wide range of Skills for Life and
non-technical courses through tutor led delivery to over 1000 adult
students every year from across the social spectrum, including
hard-to-reach learners from disadvantaged backgrounds, we have now
expanded our learning provision to accommodate and reflect the
current employment market and learner needs. We have deliver ESOL,
Literacy & Numeracy, pre-employment and sector specific skills to
over 800 students annually.
With an ever-growing network of local employers, we also focus our
activities around shorter, sector specific progression courses with
employment and apprenticeships as a key outcome with work based
continued learning. We will also deliver short courses in IT,
Business Admin, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and some sector
specific technical and non technical courses for local employers.

Our vision is that by 2014 we will be the first choice for learning in Birmingham, inspiring learners, creating opportunities and changing lives by:
